You’ve built a career on your writing, so why is it so hard to finish your book?
Everyone needs support sometimes and the best thing you can do for yourself is to ask for it.
My name is Faith. I am a facilitator and coach, and I support academics to meet their writing goals both individually and in groups.
I offer coaching and virtual facilitation for scholars from all over the world. I also travel for in-person retreats and workshops.
What I offer
-
One-on-one coaching
The experience of falling behind on a book project as an established scholar can be debilitating. Feelings of shame and isolation intensify with each passing week, month, or year, making the idea of finishing seem insurmountable. Together, we can turn this situation around by reigniting your confidence in what you have to write and sustaining the motivation to write it.

Facilitation of collaborative projects
Are you involved in a group writing project or proposal and you’d prefer to contribute rather than manage everyone? Or perhaps unproductive dynamics have developed within your team that are hindering progress. I specialize in facilitating the writing process for groups of writers as well as the necessary discussions to help your group find a flow.

Writing retreats
Support your faculty with a facilitated writing retreat, designed to empower scholars to meet their writing goals while engaging with the research of their peers. These retreats create a temporary community, structured around goal setting, report backs, personal writing time, and peer review. Participants can step out of their roles as teachers and administrators and reconnect with their inner writers.
